You want the energy of Midtown or Poncey-Highland, like the restaurants, the nightlife, and the walk to work, but without the traffic, the density, or the trade-offs that come with living right in the middle of it. That's Ansley Park.

Just north of Piedmont Park and tucked between Midtown and Buckhead, Ansley Park and the adjacent Piedmont Heights area offer renters a rare thing in Atlanta: proximity to the city's best without the city's crowding.

Whether you’re a young professional who wants the BeltLine at your doorstep and nightlife a walk or short drive away, or a growing family wanting residential peace close to work, Ansley Park provides an inviting city escape within the city itself.

Ansley Park: A Little Backstory

Ansley Park developed in 1904 with the prospect of being the most desirable neighborhood in Atlanta for wealthy families with cars. This is why you might notice small neighborhood parks on every corner, wide streets, and beautiful historic mansions.

Today, many of these homes have been either replaced or renovated, but the neighborhood has not yet lost its charm, thanks to historic preservation efforts in some zones, though this remains a continual effort. In fact, Ansley Park is on the National Register of Historic Places.

And while this unique architecture appeals to Ansley Park home buyers, it provides comfort to those renting in Ansley Park as well. The neighborhood is less dense, more family-oriented, and offers an attractive juxtaposition to the jam-packed high-rises of Midtown Atlanta.

A “Garden Suburb” of Small Parks

Ansley Park is full of small neighborhood parks like Winn Park and McClatchey Park which include peaceful walking trails, tennis courts, and playgrounds. These are nice for those renting in the area who want a more peaceful place of nature than Piedmont.

Urban Life Without High Population Density

Ansley Park and Piedmont Heights are major urban corridors to Buckhead and Midtown. When you live here, Piedmont Park, Atlantic Station, the BeltLine, and the restaurants and shops of Midtown and Buckhead are within a one-mile radius.

The best part? Residents of these corridors enjoy a more peaceful neighborhood that has less than half the density of Buckhead and Midtown.

Take the BeltLine a straight shot south into Midtown or travel north into Buckhead. Apartment residents such as those at Treeline Ansley take advantage of direct trail access to get to their favorite destinations.

With incredible proximity to major Atlanta attractions, living in the Ansley Park/Piedmont Heights area is the best of both worlds.

Convenient Neighborhood Perks

While easy access to the rest of Atlanta is what draws most renters to Ansley Park, the neighborhood is built for your routine.

Ansley Mall, located just south of our apartment community, is a large, walkable outdoor shopping plaza with groceries, restaurants, quick food stops, and retail. Start your morning with a workout at LA Fitness, swing by for coffee and a bagel at Brooklyn Bagel Bakery & Deli, then grab your groceries next door at Publix, all within steps of each other at Ansley Mall, serving as your one-stop shop near home. It's an incredibly convenient and accessible shopping strip where you can complete most of your routine.

If you need more than a Publix for your grocery essentials, a Sprouts and Kroger are also within Ansley Park just a few short minutes' drive of each other, making your routine shopping short and easy.

When in the mood for a dinner out, Piedmont Ave has restaurants like Grindhouse Killer Burgers, Little Rey, and Mama's Cocina Latina.

Safety & Schools for Those with Families

Ansley Park is one of the safest neighborhoods in Atlanta. Given its residential history, the neighborhood is mostly families and homeowners, despite a few rental buildings.

If you are a new family looking to rent in Ansley Park, you’ll appreciate the well-rated Atlanta Public Schools nearby, such as Morningside Elementary and Midtown High School.
